Pricing Policy

You can create an account and access selected educational content without charge, including:

• ✓Practice questions
• ✓Computer-based tests (CBTs)
• ✓Progress tracking
• ✓Selected study materials
• ✓Community learning features

Availability of free features may change as the platform evolves.

Independent tutors may offer educational services and digital learning materials through the EasyPoint Marketplace. Product prices are set by the respective tutor or seller and are displayed before purchase. Where applicable, Premium subscribers may receive discounts on eligible marketplace purchases.

You can purchase examination result-checker PINs for WAEC, NECO and JAMB directly in the app. The price of each PIN is set by our licensed provider and shown in full before payment — you always pay the amount displayed at checkout.

Payments are processed securely through our authorised payment partners. Accepted payment methods may include debit cards, bank transfer, USSD and other supported payment channels. EasyPoint does not store users' card information.

EasyPoint reserves the right to modify pricing for subscriptions, educational resources and marketplace services. Any changes to subscription pricing will apply only to future purchases or renewals and, where appropriate, users will be notified in advance.

Because most EasyPoint products consist of digital services and educational content, payments are generally non-refundable once access has been granted. Refunds may be considered where:

• •duplicate payments occur;
• •a payment is processed successfully but the purchased service is not delivered;
• •applicable consumer protection laws require a refund.

Refund requests are reviewed individually.

Prices displayed on EasyPoint include or exclude applicable taxes as required by Nigerian law. Where taxes apply, they will be clearly indicated before payment is completed.
