1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using EasyPoint, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our handling of your data. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Your account

You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login secure. Provide accurate information, and let us know promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. Accounts are for a single person and may not be shared.

3. Using the platform

EasyPoint provides exam-preparation content (JAMB, WAEC, NECO, Post-UTME and related), practice, CBT mode, quiz battles and a tutor marketplace. You agree not to misuse the service — including cheating, scraping, automated abuse, or attempting to manipulate points or rewards.

4. EasyPoints

EasyPoints are an in-app progression currency earned through learning. They may be spent on in-app cosmetics and profile customisation, and — while we offer it — redeemed for mobile airtime at a published rate (1,000 EasyPoints = ₦100), delivered to a mobile number you control. Airtime is the only redemption we offer: there is no cash alternative, no transfer to a bank account and no other cash-equivalent. Redemption is subject to a daily limit, may be suspended or withdrawn at any time, and is not available on suspended accounts. We may adjust point values, earning rules and redemption terms, and we may reverse points awarded through error, fraud or abuse.

5. Premium subscriptions

Premium is a paid subscription billed through our payment partners. It runs for the period you pay for and does not auto-renew unless stated at checkout; access ends when the period elapses. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with notice for future periods.

6. Marketplace & tutor content

Tutors are independent and responsible for the material they sell. EasyPoint is not the author of marketplace content and does not guarantee its accuracy. Report any content that infringes rights or breaks these terms and we'll review it.

7. Acceptable content

Don't upload or share anything unlawful, infringing, misleading or harmful. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms.

8. Disclaimer

EasyPoint is provided "as is". We work hard on quality but don't guarantee any particular exam result or uninterrupted, error-free service.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
